Pilates Party
Rather than hosting another pampered chef or candlelight party in your home, why not invite your friends, family and/or co-workers over for an hour to get a great workout? All you need is the space (livingroom, den, basement, anywhere!) and an exercise mat and I will stop by for an hour and instruct the most fun and effective workout for you and your buddies.
Pilates parties work because not only are you exercising with people who you are comfy with, but you also stay motivated with your buddies. The more people you invite, the lower the rate per person. The host gets a discount and in some cases a free workout just for hosting! Please email me for more information. Rates are subject to location and amount of buddies that can be accommodated in your space.
